Walk the Talk is a biannual parade/performance project that honors people who live and work in Skid Row and who have made it a significant neighborhood and a place for solving the problems that other people have given up on.
In 2020 LA Poverty Department was unable to have a parade because of COVID_19, instead, we created this book about the Walk the Talk Honorees of 2020; Gary Blasi, Ron Crockett, Leslie Croom, Angelia Harper, Andrew Kang, Danny Park, Leeav Sofer and Stephanie Arnold Williams.
Walk the Talk 2020 is a publication off the Skid Row History Museum and Archive, a project of Los Angeles Poverty Department.
