Join us for an Oral History methods training by the Anti-Eviction Mapping Project.
Part of our project at AEMP is to create a counter-narrative by and for folks who are experiencing and resisting displacement and gentrification. The aim is to provide a whole story of displacement in Los Angeles, but most importantly to encapsulate what living and fighting to stay in our city feels like.

Come help us develop that story, and learn how you can use these tools in your own work. AEMP members will provide training on how to document personal histories to help build power and listen to oral histories together.

Oral History Training
Saturday August 24, 2-5 pm
